Mileba Godwin Kwame

Mileba Godwin Kwame (Dickson)

President

Mileba Godwin Kwame is the President of the Centre for Research and Education Policy (CREP) and a distinguished Educational Psychologist, Education Policy Analyst, and Legal Scholar with a strong multidisciplinary background in education systems, public policy, governance, and organisational leadership.

He holds a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master of Education, and MPhil in Educational Psychology, complemented by a Certificate in Public Service Leadership and Governance and a Certificate in Organisational Psychology. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), with academic interests in constitutional, administrative, and international law.

Mr. Mileba has extensive professional experience within the Ghana Education Service, serving in the public education system, particularly in underserved and deprived communities. His leadership philosophy is grounded in equity, teacher welfare, institutional effectiveness, and sustainable infrastructure development.

He is widely recognised for his rigorous policy analysis and public commentary on education reform, teacher migration, public sector accountability, and governance. As President of CREP, he provides strategic direction, intellectual leadership, and policy oversight, advancing evidence-based research, advocacy, and institutional engagement in support of democratic governance and national development.

Forgive Yao Agoha

Vice President

Mr. Forgive Yao Agoha is a seasoned education administrator, professional teacher, and legal scholar from the Ketu North District of the Volta Region, Ghana. He holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Development and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

He began his formal education at Gbegbekope Local Authority Basic School and Dzodze-Penyi Secondary School before completing his professional teacher training at Akatsi Teacher Training College in 2001. He later earned a Bachelor of Education in English Language from the University of Education, Winneba, and a Certificate in Communication from New Image, an institution affiliated with the University of Ghana.

He began his teaching career in the Kwahu North Afram Plains, serving at Kwaekese and Adukrom Junior High Schools, and has since built a distinguished career within the Ghana Education Service. He has served with distinction at E.P. Mawuko Girls' Senior High School and the Volta Regional Education Directorate, where he currently works as Deputy Public Relations Officer.

He holds the rank of Deputy Director of Education and serves as the Regional Education Administration Representative of GNAT (Volta). As Vice President of CREP, he contributes to strategic leadership, policy direction, and institutional governance.

Dzakpasu Freeman

Dzakpasu Freeman

Executive Director

Dzakpasu Freeman is the Executive Director of CREP, providing strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the organisation's programmes, operations, and institutional growth. He holds a Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies.

In his role as Executive Director, Mr. Freeman oversees the day-to-day operations of CREP, ensuring effective programme implementation, staff coordination, and operational efficiency. He plays a key role in translating research outputs and policy ideas into practical interventions that address education and governance challenges.

His leadership ensures alignment between CREP's strategic objectives, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Mr. Freeman brings a disciplined, results-oriented management approach, combining academic training with hands-on organisational leadership.

He is committed to accountability, teamwork, and evidence-based decision-making. Under his direction, CREP continues to strengthen its capacity for policy research, advocacy, and institutional collaboration, contributing meaningfully to informed public discourse and sustainable education reform.

Godsway Believer Gbeze

Godsway Believer Gbeze

Director of Research

Godsway Believer Gbeze is a dedicated researcher and emerging academic with growing expertise in education, technology integration, and the sciences. He holds a BSc, BEd, PGDE, MEd, and PhD(s) and currently serves as a Lecturer and Research Scientist.

His scholarly work spans instructional design, computer applications in science education, and data science and analytics in higher education, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based and multidisciplinary research. He applies analytical and research-driven approaches to addressing practical challenges within educational and institutional contexts.

Godsway possesses excellent leadership capabilities and demonstrates a strong interest in advancing innovative teaching and learning practices. His academic focus includes the development of effective institutional frameworks, the promotion of technology-enhanced pedagogy, and meaningful contributions to scholarly discourse that informs policy and practice.

He is particularly engaged in research that supports sustainable educational development and professional advancement within Ghana's educational sector. Through his work, he seeks to bridge theory and practice, fostering impactful reforms driven by rigorous research and critical inquiry.

Marshall Agobah

Frank Marshall Agobah

Finance & Administrative Manager

Marshall Agobah is a dedicated education professional with strong expertise in Accounting instruction and classroom practice. He holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Accounting and demonstrates solid accounting knowledge, effectively integrating theory with practical applications.

His teaching approach emphasizes clarity, accuracy, and relevance in the delivery of accounting concepts. He is highly skilled in curriculum planning and structured lesson delivery, ensuring alignment with approved syllabi and learning outcomes.

Marshall applies appropriate student assessment and evaluation strategies to track progress, identify learning gaps, and support academic improvement. He maintains effective classroom management and provides guidance that promotes discipline, motivation, and positive learner behaviour.

Beyond classroom instruction, he diligently performs professional and administrative duties and collaborates effectively with colleagues and school leadership. With strong communication and teamwork skills, he contributes positively to institutional goals while remaining committed to continuous professional growth and educational excellence.

Juliet Kpordotsi

Juliet Kpordotsi

Communications & Partnership Manager

Juliet Kpordotsi is a licensed professional counselor and educational psychologist with a strong commitment to mental health advocacy, youth development, and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Psychology with specialized training in Child and Adolescent Counseling.

She is currently pursuing an MPhil in Educational Psychology, further strengthening her expertise in student wellness and educational support systems. Juliet possesses extensive experience in child and adolescent counseling, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and mental health awareness.

Her professional practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches that promote resilience, emotional well-being, and positive developmental outcomes. As the Communications and Partnership Manager for CREP, she effectively integrates strategic communication with psychological insight to advance organizational goals, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support community outreach initiatives.

A member of the Ghana National Association of Certified Counselors (GNACC), Juliet upholds high professional and ethical standards. Through counseling, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives, she remains dedicated to promoting holistic well-being and empowering young people and communities for sustainable impact.

Mensah Hope Valentine

Mensah Hope Valentine

Director of Policy & Advocacy

Mensah Hope Valentine is an experienced Accounting Education specialist and educator with a strong background in curriculum studies, teacher education, and professional practice. He is currently a PhD candidate in Accounting Education at the University of Cape Coast.

He holds advanced qualifications including an MPhil in Curriculum Studies (Accounting Education), an MPhil in Accounting Education, an MEd in Accounting Education, and a BEd in Accounting Education.

His professional expertise spans curriculum development, accounting instruction, and teacher professional practice at both secondary and tertiary levels. He has extensive experience in teaching Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Auditing, Taxation, and International Business.

In addition, he serves as a Teaching Practice Supervisor with the University of Cape Coast, supporting the professional development of undergraduate teacher trainees. Mensah is committed to effective teaching, academic leadership, and research-driven practice. His scholarly interests focus on accounting education, curriculum and pedagogy, and improving professional standards in teacher education within Ghana's educational system.

Righteous Dela Gbewordo

Righteous Dela Gbewordo

Administrative Secretary

Righteous Dela Gbewordo serves as the Administrative Secretary of CREP. He is a licensed professional teacher in Ghana, holding a Bachelor of Education in Educational Psychology and a Diploma in Educational Foundations from the University of Cape Coast.

He specialises in English and works as a dedicated Senior High School tutor, with a strong commitment to effective teaching, communication, and student development.

Mr. Gbewordo brings strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills to his role at CREP, supporting institutional coordination, documentation, and internal operations. His professional interests lie in communication, youth development, and educational growth, which inform his approach to administrative leadership and stakeholder engagement.

He is known for his professionalism, clarity of thought, and disciplined work ethic, qualities that contribute significantly to CREP's organisational effectiveness. Guided by strong personal values, he upholds integrity, responsibility, and continuous personal development in both his professional and personal life. Through his role as Administrative Secretary, he contributes to the efficient functioning and institutional credibility of CREP.

Dogba Abraham is a professional teacher and blogger with a strong interest in education, technology, and knowledge dissemination. He holds a Diploma in Basic Education, Throughout his teaching career,

he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the academic and personal development of learners. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree in Information Technology and Economics.

This course of study underscores his aspiration to effectively integrate technology into teaching and to deepen his understanding of economic concepts that influence societal development. As a blogger, he leverages digital platforms to share well-researched and thought-provoking content on education, technology, and relevant social issues. Dzudzor Emmanuel Dziedzorm is a BSc Computer Science graduate of Central University, Accra (Miotso Campus).

He is currently undertaking his National Service at the National Communications Authority (NCA), where he is posted to the Research Division. He has a strong passion for computer networking and a deep interest in how artificial intelligence is transforming the world. He is driven by technology, research, and data-driven solutions, with a focus on applying ICT to support innovation and national development.
